Another rapture presentation yet

By James J Dougherty, 2013-10-19

                                    Another rapture presentation

I sense this morning that there will be five kinds of people in these end times period

Kind  1 Those on whom are ready for the rapture and indeed go in the rapture. These are NOT lukewarm and have NOT lost their first love, heeding all of the warnings of the end times. I fervently pray there are many of these and that this warning text will increase their numbers even more. I have no wish to see ANY miss the rapture for any reason at all. I will add a salvation prayer too. I pray you read this in time to be taken in the rapture but even if not you can still be saved.

Type 2 those who miss the rapture but repent afterwards likely to be martyred. These are the groups of people spoken of in Revelation chapter 5 and 7, perhaps, especially chapter 7. At the rapture these will have left their first love and or have been found to be too lukewarm to be taken in the rapture. These will...

Salvation teaching featuring the Pauline epistles

By James J Dougherty, 2013-10-19

                                    Salvation teaching Pauline epistles

Here are some salvation related passages from 1 Corinthians on through the other Pauline epistles which speak of varying aspects of salvation. I am then following this up with a salvation tract so people might be saved and or help get other saved, which is a passion of mine.

In 1 Corinthians 3 speaks of the role of planting the seed and watering but it is God that gives the increase that leads to salvation

(1 Corinthians 3:5)  Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man?

(1 Corinthians 3:6)  I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase.

(1 Corinthians 3:7)  So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.

(1 Corinthians 3:8)  Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall...

rapture and post rapture scenarios for belivers

By James J Dougherty, 2013-10-19

Post rapture and millennial kingdom scenarios for believers

I am now led to write a prophetic note with five scenarios- titled on the base of the type of housing given by God to them after the rapture and during the millennial reign of Jesus and beyond by His grace. Five is the number of grace so I am choosing that one. I am sharing this so people are encouraged to do more for His kingdom so they can in then receive a greater reward by grace, for the bible does say that while by grace are we saved and not by works, it also says faith without works is dead. We will stand judgment at the judgment seat of Christ for what we did and did not do and perhaps more importantly the motive behind these works, that is whether they were done in love our out of selfish motives. God knows why we do all we do. Howard Pittman in his book Placebo had a near death experience and one of his things during his visits to heaven was that he was very...

Romans salvation teaching and tract

By James J Dougherty, 2013-10-21

                                    Romans salvation tract and teaching.

Here is a salvation tract and teaching containing the messages in the epistle to the Romans, which is the most powerful of all the epistles as far as salvation messages goes, including the entire salvation message and also several post salvation messages and encouragements, for the new believer to grow with. Romans is an all in one epistle in that regard.

The first group of scriptures is a statement of purpose to preach the gospel for as Paul states I am not ashamed of the gospel and this word is given so people are indeed without excuse before God

(Romans 1:14)  I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise.

(Romans 1:15)  So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

(Romans 1:16)  For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto...
