Search For Sight is a band I formed to raise funds to find cures for retinal degenerative diseases. I have retinitis pigmentosa (RP), which is an eye disease that slowly causes a person's retina to degenerate, leading to blindness. I was diagnosed about 30 years ago and was legally blind by the time I was in high school.

The music that Search For Sight plays is a mixture of folk rock and classic rock. We have 2 albums available for download from Amazon and iTunes. The first is called 'Too Many Goodbyes' and the second is titled 'See You Around'. All of the musicians and songwriters, including myself, are born again Christians. The lyrics of the songs are very laid back and focus on mostly love and relationships. I am also a member of the band Lordchain, which is a ministry minded, Christ centered project created to tell the world about Jesus. SFS was created to help fund much needed research in the field of retinal diseases. In either case, I want people to see Jesus in my life and not just my music.

We have partnered with The Foundation Fighting Blindness and are raising money for the annual event called VisionWalk. As part of the Mid South chapter of The Foundation Fighting Blindness, VisionWalk is held every October in Memphis TN. You can be a part. Help us find a cure for blindness.
