Based in NY, Miracle Maker is a Christian Rock band dedicated to spreading the Word through music. Their songs described as both powerful, and inspirational are laced with colorful melody and an Alternative Rock edge.
Originally known as Shepherd's Child and later changing to Miracle Maker, the band has been recording independently for several years. They have added a keyboard player (G. Weiss) who's creative talent and musical savvy bring forth a new dimension to their once "Power Trio" type sound. Their message is loud and clear, confirming a new life and the freedom from the bondage of sin through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.
Now more than ever in this world that struggles to hold on to the reality of God in our lives. We proudly proclaim His mission, life and Word using our music as a vessel. For without God we can do nothing. Its not about us or even the music we play, but for the One who gave His life so that we may live again in Him. Lets fight together to rid this world of the forces of evil by becoming once again strong in Love, faith, in worship, and in prayers. Jesus said "You know not what time the Son of Man will come" "Behold, I come like a thief! Blessed is he who stays awake and keeps his clothes with him, so that he may not go naked and be shamefully exposed." REVELATION 16:15 For such a time is this but another time is coming... Lets prepare the way of the Lord! and not be taken in by false promises and sin, but be reborn through the blood of Jesus. For He is the way, the Truth. and the Life.

We would like to thank the staff of Indie Gospel Artists, as well as the members. This is a great site to be part of and we will always be thankful and lend our music and talents to promote the Word of Jesus.
And so let us know if you would like to use our music in radio, or any other vessel to spread the message of Truth, that can only be found in Jesus. Athough online time seems scarce these days we humbly appreciate all the Featured Artist/Song and Video spots!! Glad to know that our music is being heard and enjoyed by everyone.

The staff (mostly Jean Winter ) puts in long (usually thankless) hours of volunteer time, and effort, to keep this boat afloat. Sometimes, I'm afraid that she'll leave due to lack of appreciation. However, her dedication and tenacity never fail to impress me - many others have fizzled out - under a tenth of her work load.
Jim Scully recently joined us as photo admin and is doing a great job. John Lord has done an outstanding job of building a website for the Owendo CBO in Uganda, taking over my commitment to help them establish an Internet presence. Toria Newman has made herself available for Ning questions and back-up, as she is an experienced network creator, and concert promoter.
I'm so happy that you took the time to thank the staff, I know that Jean needed to hear that, as there is usually no gratitude expressed by the artists or members.
James Banfied is not a staff member, but supports the network financially, with his Top 10 list, and by promoting us at God's Media Army . Other friends of the network include Heloise Sulyans-Gibson of SMR who interviews and promotes our artists through "Joshua's House of Christian Artists". Also, Robert T Sells who interviews artists for " Divine Inspirations Magazine ".
The Christian Bikers (like Rev. John Mulqueen) have made great contributions with their wisdom, presence, and content. In fact, I could go on and on, and still not mention everyone who deserves recognition for their contributions to our efforts here.
Thank you God, for bringing us all together, and empowering us to let your light shine forth to a dying world through the gifts of the artists and Ministries you have raised up - in Jesus name we give thanks - AMEN.
