Let’s say that I currently live at 1234 Anywhere Lane, Somewhere, USA . I have no plans for moving and there is nothing in the works like an offer on a new residence. If I told you that in X years from now I will be living at Y address, what would you think? Here are a few of your options: (1) "Wow, he’s smart. How does he know that?" (2) "Come on, what’s the trick?" or (3) "OK, this guy is a loony bird, and he can’t prove it anyway. Nobody can do that." The third response, I would venture to say, is the most likely. Hang on to your hat (or whatever is close by), because this actually has happened.
