"NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

Nothing Is Impossible

Luke 1:37, 'For with God nothing shall be impossible.'

LUKE 1:26-38

What a statement! If we just believed this, how different our lives would be!

From birth we are trained to know our limitations. You can't have this. Don't touch that. Don't put things in your mouth. You can't touch the fire. On and on the list goes.

As we grow up, it's actually a sign of maturity to recognize our limitations and learn to live within them. There are limits to everything. It's a fact of life.

But God has no limits. When we enter into the realm of the supernatural, we have to take off all the limits. We have to renew our minds with the truth that God is not like us. He can do anything.

We have an awesome...

"TODAY IS THE DAY OF SALVATION" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

TODAY IS THE DAY OF SALVATION

LET ME FIRST SAY HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL AGAIN.  I KNOW 2020 WAS A VERY BAD YEAR FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE BUT I AM, AND I KNOW MOST OF YOU ARE, PRAYING FOR A WONDERFULLY, BLESSED 2021.

NOW GETTING BACK TO SALVATION, DID YOU KNOW THAT EVERY DAY IS THE DAY OF SALVATION?  IT SAYS THIS IN 2ND CORINTHIANS 6:2 "For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation."  WE ALL SHOULD BE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WE CAN BRING TO JESUS EVERY DAY.

WE...

Knowing God's Will Is Not Enough

Luke 1:34, 'Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?'

LUKE 1:26-38

Contrast Mary's question and Gabriel's response with the question that Zacharias asked Gabriel and the response that he received (Luke 1:18-20). You will find the questions are similar but the responses are totally different.

Both Mary and Zacharias asked how these miracles would occur but it is evident that Mary was asking 'how' in faith while Zacharias was asking 'how' in unbelief. It is a clear Bible teaching that unbelief doesn't please God (Heb. 11:6), but the Lord doesn't mind us questioning Him for the purpose of instruction so we can cooperate with His will in our lives.

"WORSHIP WITH MUSIC" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

WORSHIP WITH MUSIC

DO YOU KNOW WHAT TYPE OF MUSIC YOUR CHILDREN ARE LISTENING TO?  WHAT TYPE ARE YOU LISTENING TO?  WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE MUSIC YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN ARE LISTENING TO?  WHAT ARE THE CONTENT OF THE LYRICS?

I AM SURE SOME OF YOU ARE THINKING THAT I AM GETTING "PICKY" ABOUT THINGS THAT DO NOT REALLY MATTER.  HOWEVER, I BELIEVE IT DOES MATTER WHAT KIND OF MUSIC WE LISTEN TO.  I HAVE HEARD PEOPLE SAY THAT THEY WOULD NEVER LISTEN TO RAP MUSIC AND THAT IT IS ALL BAD.  I CHALLENGE THEM TO LISTEN TO A CHRISTIAN RAPPER WHO IS UPLIFTING JESUS AND GIVING HIM PRAISE AND WORSHIP.  HOW CAN THIS BE WRONG. THERE ARE SOME SECULAR SONGS THAT MAKE YOU DEPRESSED AND CRY WHILE THERE ARE OTHERS THAT LIFT YOU UP AND MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD.  IT IS THE WORDS THAT MAKES THE...

"CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

Can You Believe It?

Luke 1:18, 'And Zacharias said unto the angel, Whereby shall I know this? for I am an old man, and my wife well stricken in years.'

LUKE 1:5-25

Zacharias and Elisabeth were righteous people (v. 6) who prayed for a child for many years. They felt the same disappointments and frustrations that any of us would feel and yet they kept believing God. The Lord finally answered their prayers and sent His angel to announce the good news.

What was Zacharias' reaction? He couldn't believe it! The very thing that he had been praying for was granted and he doubted that it was true. In Zacharias' case he received his miracle anyway. Perhaps his wife's faith pulled him through.

Likewise, you may be praying for the...

"WILL YOU BE THE ONE GOD USES?" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

WILL YOU BE THE ONE GOD USES?

WHAT WOULD YOU GIVE UP FOR JESUS?  WOULD YOU GIVE UP YOUR HOME?  WHAT ABOUT YOUR JOB?  IF HE ASKED YOU TO MOVE TO A FOREIGN COUNTRY TO PREACH HIS WORD, WOULD YOU DO IT?  THESE ARE QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE TO ANSWER ONE DAY.  I HAVE OFTEN WONDERED WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE WHEN I WAS YOUNGER. I AM SORRY TO SAY THAT I DON'T THINK I WOULD HAVE MOVED TO ANOTHER COUNTRY.

I KNOW THAT SOUNDS BAD AND IT IS BUT YOU SEE, I HAVE LEARNED OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS THAT ALL THE THINGS THAT YOU CAN THINK OF THAT COULD GO WRONG OR THAT WOULD...

"ABOUT GENEALOGIES" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

By DAVID A. MCMILLEN, 2021-01-01

About Genealogies

Luke 3:23, 'And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was the son of Heli.'

MATTHEW 1:1-17; LUKE 3:23-38

Even the genealogies are inspired by God and profitable (2 Tim. 3:16). Matthew traces Jesus' genealogy through Joseph back to Solomon. However, there was a curse placed on one of Solomon's sons named Jechonias (Jer. 22:24-30), which Jesus avoided by being born of a virgin.

Luke mentions Jesus as being the supposed son of Joseph who was the son of Heli. It was actually Mary who was the daughter of Heli. This was done in other Old Testament instances (Num. 27:1-11; 36:12 with Ruth 4:6). Mary's genealogy was also from David but through Nathan, a...

NOW WE CAN GO DIRECTLY TO GOD IN PRAYER

DID YOU KNOW THAT BEFORE JESUS, WE WERE NOT INCLUDED IN GOD'S COVENANT WITH ABRAHAM?  IT WAS FOR THE JEWS AND WE WERE ALL LOST, BEING GENTILES.  HOWEVER, JESUS DID IT ALL FOR US. JEWS AND GENTILES WERE RECONCILED THROUGH JESUS.  I USUALLY USE THE KING JAMES VERSION OF THE BIBLE IN MY MESSAGES BUT IN READING EPHESIANS IN THE NEW INTERNATIONAL VERSION, I LIKED IT AND THOUGHT I WOULD USE IT WITH THIS MESSAGE.  I AM GOING TO QUOTE EPHESIANS 2:11-18 BELOW.

"Therefore, remember that formerly you who are Gentiles by birth and called “uncircumcised” by those who call themselves “the circumcision” (which is done in the body by human...

"GOD STILL PERFORMS MIRACLES" BY ANDREW WOMMECK

By DAVID A. MCMILLEN, 2020-12-31

God Still Performs MiRACLES

Mark 16:20 'And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.'

The Lord confirmed the preaching of His Word with miracles. If Jesus and the first century Christians needed the Word confirmed with the miraculous (Heb. 2:4), then we do too. There is no scripture that says these miraculous signs have passed away.

Some people have interpreted 'that which is perfect' in 1 Corinthians 13:10, as being the complete Bible. This has led them to believe that the gifts of the Spirit have ceased. Although God's Word is perfect (Ps. 19:7), it is not the 'perfect thing' that is referred to here. 1 Corinthians 13:8 does say that tongues shall cease, but it will not...

A new year coming

By Patricia Skinner, 2020-12-30
 A new year coming

Greetings everyone. Boy this year has been something else!!! Almost glad it is almost over. We have had some tough moments early on. In the Spring, our 27yro grandson had not 1 but 2 heart attacks and 2 open heart surgeries. Plus his body was riddled with at least 3 different infections. Good news-God brought him through it all. We still have him. In June I tested positive for the covid-19. I had a mild case and since we had warm weather I spent most of my time on my patio getting as much vitamin D from the sun. Drank lots of liquids, took multivitamin supplements, lots of organic chicken broth and soup and did sage steams. Then the Lord in spite of the pandemic, blessed us financially and God gave me my hearts desire of a particular suite suitable for my own studio so that I can relaunch my Patspraze Gospel Music program. Today is my 70th birthday and I am thankful that I am in relatively good health to continue doing my Father's work. Praying for His leading in the new year....
