"BORN TWICE....DIE ONCE" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

BORN TWICE....DIE ONCE

DO YOU REALIZE THAT YOU MUST BE BORN TWICE. JESUS SAYS TO NICODEMUS IN JOHN 3:3-5 "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

"GOD'S PEACE" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

God's Peace

Luke 10:5 - 'And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house.'

Peace is the result of casting our care upon the Lord through prayer and thanksgiving. However, many people are asking God to give them peace so that their cares will leave. It doesn't work that way. Through faith we cast our cares on the Lord, and then God's peace comes. Christians who are lacking God's peace have not taken their cares to the Lord and left them there. All Christians have peace. It is a fruit of the Spirit that is always present in our born-again spirits. Cares will blind us to God's peace. When we eliminate the cares, peace flows.

Being carnally minded doesn't just tend toward death, it is death. Likewise, being spiritually minded doesn't just...

"WHAT IS THE POWER OF GOD?" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

WHAT IS THE POWER OF GOD?

WHAT DOES THE WORD "GOSPEL" MEAN? WHEN YOU TELL SOMEONE SOMETHING AND SAY "THAT IS THE GOSPEL TRUTH", THIS IS ONE MEANING OF THE WORD. (Gospel: Something regarded as true and implicitly believed.) WHEN YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT THE "GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST", TWO DEFINITIONS ARE 1. The teachings of Jesus and the apostles; the Christian revelation. AND 2. The story of Christ's life and teachings, especially as contained in the first four books of the New Testament, namely Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. DON'T DWELL ON THESE TWO DEFINITIONS.

"SHARING GOD'S LOVE" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

Sharing God's Love

Luke 10:2 - 'Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.'

It is commonly thought that an evangelist is someone who has a passion to lead people to the Lord. But every believer should have a passion for souls. When presenting the Gospel, we are not just presenting a theory about God but the factual account of God's dealings with man as revealed through His Word, with the ultimate witness being the bodily resurrection of Jesus. Our personal witness of the reality of Jesus being alive in our lives brings Christ from theory to reality.

The early Christians had experienced the love of Christ in an intimate and...

"ARE YOU READY?" BY DAVID MCMILLEN

ARE YOU READY?

IF YOU KNEW THAT JESUS WAS GOING TO COME BACK IN A WEEK, WHAT WOULD YOUR LAST WEEK BE LIKE? WOULD YOU KEEP DOING THE SAME THINGS AS YOU HAVE BEEN DOING IN THE PAST? THIS IS REALLY SOMETHING FOR ALL OF US TO THINK ABOUT.

IF YOU ARE BORN AGAIN, THERE SHOULD BE NO CHANGE IN YOUR WEEK FROM WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN DOING AS WE ALL SHOULD BE READY FOR HIS RETURN. YOU MIGHT TRY A LITTLE HARDER TO GET ALL OF YOUR CHILDREN, YOUR PARENTS, AND FRIENDS BORN AGAIN IF THEY ARE NOT ALREADY. WE ALL SHOULD CONSTANTLY BE TRYING TO LEAD THEM TO JESUS ANYWAY.

"DO WHAT HE SAYS" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

Do What He Says

John 2:5, 'His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do [it].'

JOHN 2:1-11

Mary knew Jesus as no one else did at this point. The Bible supplies no details of the childhood of Jesus except his trip to Jerusalem at twelve years of age, but it is certain that Mary knew Jesus was no ordinary man. Her request of Jesus to provide the guests with more wine reflects her belief that He could do things others could not.

Her instructions to the servants were, 'Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.' This shows that she not only knew Jesus could work miracles, but she knew His way of doing things did not always conform to conventional thought. Sure enough, Jesus told the servants to fill the pots with...

"SETTLING OUR DOUBTS" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

Settling Our Doubts

John 1:46, 'And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth? Philip saith unto him, Come and see.'

JOHN 1:43-51

Nathanael suffered from a skepticism that afflicts many people today.

However, it is to his credit that he came to the Lord and gave Him a chance to prove who He was.

We can only speculate what it was that Jesus saw Nathanael doing under that fig tree (v. 50), but it is very clear that it was something that proved beyond a doubt that Jesus was the Christ.

Jesus didn't rebuke Nathanael for his doubts, instead he removed them. The Lord has an answer for every doubt that we have. We need to be without guile before the Lord as Nathanael was (v. 47) and come to Him...

ACCEPT JESUS AND BE READY TO GO

DO YOU FEAR DEATH? IF YOU ARE BORN AGAIN YOU SHOULDN'T. DEATH IS HOW GOD GETS YOU DRESSED FOR HEAVEN. WE CAN'T GO IN THESE CORRUPTED BODIES SO GOD GIVES US NEW ONES.

WHEN WE CLOSE OUR EYES FOR THE LAST TIME HERE ON EARTH, WE WILL OPEN OUR NEW ONES IN HEAVEN. ARE YOU PACKED AND READY TO GO. THE BIBLE SAYS IN 1ST CORINTHIANS 9 "But as it is written , Eye hath not seen , nor ear heard , neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him."

WHICH WAY WILL YOU CHOOSE?

I KNOW I ADDRESS A LOT OF MY MESSAGES TOWARD NON-BELIEVERS BECAUSE I THINK THIS IS IMPORTANT.  IF I CAN REACH JUST ONE PERSON FOR JESUS, I WILL REJOICE.

SO, FOR YOU NON-BELIEVERS, I JUST WANT YOU TO KNOW YOU ARE MISSING OUT ON THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IN YOUR LIFE.  THIS NOT ONLY AFFECTS YOUR FUTURE AND WHERE YOU WILL END UP IN ETERNITY BUT IT IS AFFECTING YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE.  EVERLASTING LIFE...

"SHARING OUR FAITH" BY ANDREW WOMMACK

Sharing Our Faith

John 1:41, 'He first findeth his own brother Simon, and saith unto him, We have found the Messias, which is, being interpreted, the Christ.'

JOHN 1:37-42

Andrew was the first disciple of Jesus to share his faith and bring another to Christ. And look who it was that he brought.

Peter became one of the greatest apostles of Jesus. He preached on the day of Pentecost and saw 3,000 born again. He healed a lame man at the gate of the temple and 5,000 were born again as a result. He raised Dorcas from the dead, introduced Christianity to the Gentiles, and wrote two books of the Bible which have ministered to millions of people through the centuries.

Just think of how many millions of people Peter touched, and...
