Romans road gospel tract seven verses

By James J Dougherty, 2013-07-13

Romans road gospel tract seven verses

Here is a gospel tract from Romans presenting the road to salvation in but seven verses, to make it easy to print out and share everywhere

Romans is very clear that we need to be saved from our own sins

(Romans 3:23)  for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

Here are the consequences of the sin that we have committed

(Romans 6:23)  For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Here is another verse in Romans showing that while we were sinners Jesus died for us.

(Romans 5:8)  but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

The following verses in Romans 10 speak very clearly on what must be done to get salvation

(Romans 10:9)  because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord...

seven verse gospel tract

By James J Dougherty, 2013-07-13

                                                Seven verse gospel tract

Here is a simple seven verse gospel tract which presents the way to salvation in a clear easy way and it is short, making it easy to print out and distribute in many areas.

God sent His son Jesus to the world to die for us because He loved us that much

(John 3:16)  "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

In John 14 Jesus then makes it very clear that nobody can come to God but by Him

(John 14:6)  Jesus said to him,...

another two page salvation tract

By James J Dougherty, 2013-07-13

                        Another two page Salvation tract

Here is another two page salvation tract which can be printed out and distributed places, or emailed or shared in many ways because it is short but God can and will use it to lead the lost to His Son, Jesus, for their salvation

(Romans 3:23)  for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

(Romans 3:24)  and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,

(Romans 6:23)  For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

It is why God sent His son Jesus with the purpose of doing all that is prophesied for us

(John 3:16)  "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

(John 3:17)  For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the...

Another salvation tract with old testament scriptures

Here is another tract with several Old Testament scriptures of salvation. These scriptures proclaim that none do right, the need for repentance from everyone and there even is a short  passage prophesying the purpose of Jesus

Psalm 14 says that none do right and none seek God

(Psalm 14:1)  To the choirmaster. Of David. The fool says in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, they do abominable deeds, there is none who does good.

(Psalm 14:2)  The LORD looks down from heaven on the children of man, to see if there are any who understand, who seek after God.

(Psalm 14:3)  They have all turned aside; together they have become corrupt; there is none who does good, not even one.

The message is given again in Psalm 53

(Psalm 53:1)  To the choirmaster: according to Mahalath. A Maskil of David. The fool says...

Law versus grace a bible study

By James J Dougherty, 2013-07-13

                                    Law versus grace bible study

I am now doing a bible study of the law and the regulation that God placed for the Jews but I am also going to show how it contrasts with the grace of God which we now find ourselves under thanks to the sacrificial death of Jesus on the cross to free us from the burdens of the law.  First I am presenting a total of seven chapters from the Old Testament Pentateuch- four from Exodus, chapters 20-23 then three from Leviticus, chapters 17 through 19, and without much comment about them.

Here is the chapter with the ten commandments from Exodus, chapter 20, the commandments were given by God to Moses and were rules and laws for the children of Israel to live by.

(Exodus 20:1)  And God spoke all these words, saying,

(Exodus 20:2)  "I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.

(Exodus 20:3)  "You...

Seven verse gospel tract

Here is another simple seven verse gospel tract including three Old Testament verses which presents the way to salvation in a clear easy way and it is short, making it easy to print out and distribute in many areas.

Everyone has fallen away nobody does right according to these two verses in Psalms

(Psalm 53:2)  God looks down from heaven on the children of man to see if there are any who understand, who seek after God.

(Psalm 53:3)  They have all fallen away; together they have become corrupt; there is none who does good, not even one.

According to this verse, God indeed does want to forgive us, which is precisely why He sent Jesus to die for us, and only Jesus’ death on the cross can fulfill this promise

(Isaiah 1:18)  "Come now, let us reason together, says the LORD: though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall...

God's gifts a teaching and bible study

By James J Dougherty, 2013-07-14

God’s gifts a teaching and bible study

Here are the bible verses which indicate all what God has given us, the believers, only out of His grace and mercy, and NOT because of ANYTHING we did ourselves to earn them at all. I am covering verses from the New Testament which illustrate the various gifts we can receive by faith from God, to show us all just how much He loves us

The first time this is used is when Jesus speaks to the woman at the well and He speaks of the gift of living water which leads to eternal life

(Johm 4:10)  Jesus answered her, "If you knew the gift of God, and who it is that is saying to you, 'Give me a drink,' you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water."

(John 4:13)  Jesus said to her, "Everyone who drinks of this water will be thirsty again,

(John 4:14)  but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him...
