Taking The Sons of Harmony as an example, here are some ways of promoting your music on the Internet. Notice the button that looks like a small triangle, or arrow, on the right of the player (below the last S, in Indie Gospel Artists).  Click on it and a share button appears. Click share, and then copy, to get the HTML code for the player.

 It will say "Copied to your "clipboard". The clipboard is just temporary storage in your computer, you must right click your mouse and select "paste" to put the code into storage like a text file, or word document.

 

To use the code to put a player on a web page, you paste it into a HTML compatible "box". I selected "source" in this note to make it HTML compatible. Some websites have a button that says source, or HTML, or Edit, or you can paste your player into a comment box.

The  <div align="center"> at the beginning and </div> were added by me to make it center properly.
 
The first 4 songs in their player are uploaded here, so they play normally in this player, and can be added to any member page with the click of a button. The rest of the songs don't play, because they didn't follow proper procedures.
 
To make changes, they would have to sign into the network, go to their member page, and find the button that looks like a pencil, on the bottom right of their page player.
 
There they can re-arange order, and edit (or delete) songs.
 
 
Downloads (or Cd sales)
 
To sell downloads, or Cd's, one would normally put a download link, or button, on the member page.
 
 
You can put the address of your download page like this.

You could make it a clickable link like this - DOWNLOADS

 

Or you can create a download button like this.

 

 

 

That button above appeared, because I selected source, and pasted in this code you see below. You don't have to understand the code to make it work for you. Just substitute the URL's for your download page, and button picture. Then change The Sons of Harmony to whatever the name of your band is, and the code will work for you.
