God is so Just that he gives people the freedom and the right to send themselves to hell, who don't want His Help, Love, Grace and Mercy poured out and demonstrated through Jesus Christ the Lord.

Mankind's own pride, rebellion against God, and stubbornness to make self the Highest authority prevents people from receiving the mercy, love, and having a relationship with God that God originally intended through Jesus Christ the Lord. Tamarra experienced the reality of hell along with many others who have come back to tell about it. God is just. People send themselves to Hell because they rejected the Lordship of Jesus Christ and His Gospel of the Kingdom. Only to those who have received Him does He give the Power and capacity to be a child of God and to born of God. (1 John 5:1, John 1:12-13)

You see Satan doesn't mind your own will being done on earth. In fact, it is the first commandment of Satanism. "Do as thou will." For that reason God does not send anyone to hell ... people send themselves to hell. Jesus Christ has already paid for all the sins of the world no matter what it is past-present-future at His death and resurrection. The reason people will be in hell as everything to do with rejecting the message and person of Jesus Christ.
